Im about to start a 10 week deca and sus cycle, i want to gain as much size as possible. Im 6'3 220 with about 15-16% bodyfat.
if I train....
M - Chest
T - Back
W - Legs
T - Arms
F - Shoulders
how many sets should I do per day, and is it better to do a 5x5 or a 3x6-8 per excercise? Any help would be great.
