If I am lifting 4 days a week and running sprints twice, do the running days count as a day off or should I include a day or 2 off once a week to keep from overtraining?

You need a day or two off. Sprinting stresses your body. . .
Would it be a problem to lift legs the day after I ran some sprints?
bump what do you guys think?
sprinting is a power acitvity and very intense. So yes i would reccomend a day off between sprints and legs
Ok well how about if I did my sprints, then the next day did a chest/ tri workout, then legs the day after......guess that works
Also, say you lift legs, take a day off, and you want to go run the next day, but you're still sore from two days ago (my legs get sore easily)........would it just hurt me to run anyways?
