    Sets and Rest

    Im about to start a 10 week deca and sus cycle, i want to gain as much size as possible. Im 6'3 220 with about 15-16% bodyfat.

    if I train....

    M - Chest
    T - Back
    W - Legs
    T - Arms
    F - Shoulders


    how many sets should I do per day, and is it better to do a 5x5 or a 3x6-8 per excercise? Any help would be great.

    What was your routine prior to the commencement of the cycle?

    As this will determine what to do next!
    Also, switch back and chest. It is hard to do bent rows, deads, etc., then turn around and further destroy your lower back the next day with squats, stiffs, etc.,

    i lift those parts on those days, but I am changing the order and some excercises that I have been told to do.

    It will only be beneficial and pay dividends to your erector spinae. . .

    rethink your routine.......training 5 days straight isnt the best thing for you......try this

    M - Chest
    T - Legs
    w - OFF
    Th- shoulders/tris
    F-Back/bis
    Sat-OFF
    Sun-REPEAT

    A second person has suggested a different split, ringing any bells as what to do?
