Thanks Swolecat
I just wanted to thank Swolecat for sharing his immense knowledge with the AR community. If it wasnt for Swolecat I would still be working out Chest and Arms like a mad man. The workouts you have posted on here are the best I have ever come across, and although they hurt like a mofo, they sure as hell get the job done. Thanks for sharing your workout routines, and not to mention your diet info.

yeah i would like to thank swolecat for helping me with diets. even though he probably hates me because im rather on the stupid side.. i have changed my entire body around which has caused me to quit drinking and keep
wahoo!

I guess i should contribute to the a** kissing a little as well. With the knowledge I have gained over the past couple of months from Swole and all the other members here I am well on my way to a complete lifestyle change. I have dropped 30 lbs and have hit the gym hard 5 days a week, hasn't been too long yet, but i have noticed some great gains allready. Thanks to everyone who offers their knowledge on this board and has given me and other newbies what we need to be sucessful in this game.

Swole is a great asset to this board. I have never really cut/dieted before and just by going through and reading his posts, I have learned a lot, and been making great progress in my cutting. I am really starting to shread up for summer. In the past, i never knew about splitting up macros, but my god does this work wonders!!! Thanks swole

I must also give a huge thanks to Swole. I have been following the workout routines as well as the diet that he has posted on here. I can honestly say I can tell a huge difference. Its awesome to be able to see your body change almost on a daily basis.

Swolecat is the man!!! I am on his Swoledup Program right now and let me say its worth every dollar and i am only in week2.
