    All pros seem to....

Once in a while ill pick up a MM mag, or a flew mag, just to look through it n see whats up. Every issue has atleast 3 or 4 workouts given to them bye professional body builders. I noticed that EVERY single workout, no matter what muscle has every exercise doing reps from 10-15. I found this intresting, wondring if this is because they already have the size they want, n their workouts are to keeo their muscles "tight" so do higher reps??? just thought it was alittle stange, can anyone elaberate?

That rep scheme is associated with Hypertrophy Training. Studies have shown that high volume training is associated with increases in muscle size. Some agree, some disagree. . .
They also have enough strength to stimulate growth from sets of 10-15.
Also, they take tons of gear, so any stimulus will provoke huge gains. . .
