    geting ripped or mass?

    whats the different does high reps low weight get u ripped as high weight low reps get u mass? If u just started at the gym would mass be a better place to start.

    No start with higher reps and lower weight until you have better control and a good form. After a few months slowly start switching to higher weights and lower reps.

    Well it matters what your goals are and what you want. Depending on your body you should be able to make a choice. If you want to get bigger, go for mass and then cut down later, but if ur already big and want to tone up and cut down, then go for cutting. Plus diet is KEY so make sure thats in order with whatver your doing.
