Place back first in week so you can prioritize it while fresh. Which part of your back is lacking: lower back, lats, or upper back musculature?

I hear ya I have this problem every now and then heres a hint. Do negative weighted chins if this dosen't make you sore your doing something wrong. As for your pump I like to do nice slow movements with my rows, and pulls(excepts for my last couple reps then its all out war) Make sure the form is good and try those chins out they should work

If you're lacking in the upper back musculture, concentrate on rowing movements. Try to do rowing movements with the upper arms away from the torso. Using a pronated-grip usually helps. Going with a wider grip will help as well. There are many to chose from: pronated-grip deadlifts, t-bar rows, bent-over rows, seated rows, db rows, etc.

listen, try doing partial deadlifts. Really stack the wieght on. Also this will prevent injuries.

I have last months issue of Flex Mag and they talk about a workout for a dude that has a bigger back then Ronnie. I havent tried it out yet but give it a shot.

    Heavy Day
    Excercise Sets/Reps
    Chins(Wide overhand grip) 2 10
    Chins(Narrow palms-facing grip) 2 10
    Chins(medium underhand grip) 2 10
    Deadlifts 5-6 15-6
    Barebell Rows 4-6 15-8
    One-arm dumbell rows 4 10-12
    Back extensions 4 15

    Light Day
    Chins(Wide overhand Grip) 2 10
    Chins(Narrow palms-facing grip) 2 10
    Chins(medium underhand grip) 2 10
    T-bar rows 4-5 12-15
    Seated cable rows 4-5 15
    Lat pulldowns(wide overhand grip) 4 15
    Lat pulldowns(medium underhand grip) 4 15
    Back extensions 4 15

Like I said, I havent tried this workout yet but the dude thats on the mag has a huge back. Give it a shot and let us know how you like it and if it works for you.
