    When To Do Dips?

    Some say do dips on a chest day work out at the end cause it works the inner part of the chest. or do dips as part of a tricep workout day. what do u guys suggest?

    I do them at the end of my chest workout

    Keep your arms in on dips- it works more of your tris keep the elbows/arms out it works the chest. I do them at the very end of a chest workout.

    I also do them with chest, however I do my chest/tris on the same day so I generally do them in the middle of my workout and only do em every other week. The opposite week I do flys instead

    thats what i do too, just wondering. i used to do them on tri day, but by the end im fatigued to go all out on dips. thanks bros.

    I do them when I do both chest & tri's same day like I did Wed. I added 2x45's on my dip belt.

    If you are going to do it on chest day make sure you lean forward more it hits more chest. If you are doing it on tri day sit up more straight.

    I'd say if you have a chest day and a tri day do them on both days. Just make sure you do them with the right form so you isolate each muscle accordingly(sp).

    Exactly. It all depends on how you do them and which muscles you focus on.
