critique mass building workout
I am 19 years old about to start my 2nd cycle so im getting ready for a new routine I am currently 193 lbs 11.5% body fat. I am going to workout every other day and possibly a day in between throwing in cardio. Everything consists of 3-4 sets going realy heavy with reps ranging between 10-4.
DAY 1 CHEST AND TRIS
Flat bench press
incline barbell press
dumbell flyes
low pulley cable crossovers
close grip bench press
skullcrushers
DAY 2-Cardio
DAY 3-BACK AND BIS
wide grip pull ups
compound row
t-bar row
deadlifts
straight bar curls
hammers
DAY 4-Cardio
DAY 5- Shoulders and LEGS
arnold press
military press
front dumbell raises
squats
leg press
leg curls
calve raises
use a free motion machine for other calve ex. but forgot what its called
I also will probably throwing in traps with shoulders

i would take the chest flys out of day 1, every time i do them i seem to get hurt, i would also add good mornings into youre back routine

No way I could do shoulders and legs. . .
Split those two up and you are looking good. . .

Or put shoulders with Chest and Tr's. . .
Nothing like sitting here waiting 30 seconds before I can post again!

looks good except i agree hyper, spilt up shoulders and legs for sure.

If your training legs wi th full intensity you cannot do shoulders after. Give them a seperate day! Dont worry about good mornings in the back routine, heavy deadlifts with neutral spine will take care of that, and if fly's work for you keep them in there. Personally every other week I will do 3 excercises for tri's. I am not sure of your goals? Bulking or cutting? If bulking don't do too much cardio!
