Awesome man....so much of this game is mental...when you can control the mental side, you can move some serious poundage. Good for you bro.

well see heres the thing, I ALWAYS did work in sets of 305. So a few older wiser buddys cam in the gym today (they are some Viking/iceland looking guys, about 45 years old.they saw me doing 305 shrugs. Well They started doing shoulder shrugs right next to me......they warmed up with 3 plates, 4 plates, 5plates, 6plates and then 7plate work in sets. I was BLOWN AWAY. looked like a little kid. We started talking about mentally preparing yourself....... so i did, and put on a 4th plate, 8x's, then a 5th plates, 6x's, then a 6th plate, by now they are yelling and screaming at me CMON CMON CMON LETS GO! ! ! ! YOU GOT IT ! ! I planted my feet on the block of wood and succesfully shrugged 6 plates 4x's.......I rested and then went down to 4 plates, lemme tell you after 6 plates, 4 seemed like a piece of cake....

so thats the end of my story.....thanks
