Forearm Training
Wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, what else? 4 sets each? High reps or low reps?

Wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, and hammer curls are good. I'd do reps like you do calves.

i dont use straps on deadlifts, i do some static holds. standing behind back forarm curls. I have a softball with a chain atattched to it, i hang plates from it and do static holds with that. I do cable wristcurls, hang using my bw for as long as possible. Lots of stuff.

seriously though, i have put a little size on my forearms by carrying around 45lb plates with the tips of my finger in the slot on the weight. just walk and carry until failure using the tip of the finger. i do behind back wrist curls, hammer curls and the above only. I dont use straps to lift also which helps.

wrist extensions is another good exercise not mentioned.

Bros, how often can forearms be trained? My weakest muscle besides calves. Have been training them (forearms and calves) both 2X/wk.
Can I train them EOD and still benefit?

Try putting as much weight as you can on a bar, and just holding it as long as you can.

I use monkey grip on the barbell hang my hands over my knees 3 sets of 15 regular and reverse
