    What's a french press?

    I know this exercise is good for your tris but i have no clue how to do it. Can someone help out or lead me to a website that will show me how to do it? Thanks for your help.

    Skull crushers (lying triceps extentions). Lying flat on your back, you hold a barbell at arms length, hands a little closer than shoulder width apart. Lower the bar to your forehead keeping your elbows in and upper arms verticle (straight up and down). Stop just above the forehead and extend arms back out.

    Try them on decline bench seems to hit tri's bit harder for some reason, at least for me.

    Actually, I like them on a slight incline. I can come right to the top of my head and keep my elbows in perfect alignment. Try them both ways, it is always good to hit different angles.
