When should I cardio??
I am LEAN bulking at around 3800 clean cals.
I cardio on my 2 off days, but i want to add another day in for cardio on a workout day... Which day do u think it should be?
Day 1: Chest/delt/tri
Day 2: abs/quads/calves
day 3: off (cardio)
Day 4: Back/ Bi's /traps
Day 5: abs/hams/calves
day 6: Off (cardio)
day 7: Repeat.
also do you think i am spacing quads and hamstrings out far enough??

lift 3 days a week and cardio 3x a week
compiles your leg days into 1 since most if not all compound motions incorp both ham and quad.
especially if ur bulking need big lifts big rest even if its a clean bulk

Do it on hams/calves/abs day...that will take no time. Also, I wouldn't worry about spacing out quads and hams.

Do it in the AM on an empty stomach... not before a workout, you'll be too drained from cardio to get an effective workout in. If you can get 2-3 good meals in between cardio and weights, thats pretty good.

tai, the only reason i decided to seperat hams and quads is b/c my hams are lagging badly and i wanted to be able to isolate them. Is this a good idea or no?
