    Need help with legs!

    Everythings going good except for legs, they dont seem to want to get that massive look. I do squats up to 315#, hacks or leg press and leg extensions once a week. I do 3-4 sets and 6-10 reps. Whats the problem? Any help would be appreciated.

    three things to ask yourself
    1. am i eating 2 grams of protein per pound of weight, or at least close to it

    2. (leg workouts are a diff kind of workout) do you will your self past mental barriers and fight the weight until you cry tears of blood and attack the squat rack like you are the ****ing baddest ass that ever existed

    3. is your program a smart well thought out one. and not from the mags
