I am LEAN bulking at around 3800 clean cals.
I cardio on my 2 off days, but i want to add another day in for cardio on a workout day... Which day do u think it should be?
Day 1: Chest/delt/tri
Day 2: abs/quads/calves
day 3: off (cardio)
Day 4: Back/ Bi's /traps
Day 5: abs/hams/calves
day 6: Off (cardio)
day 7: Repeat.
also do you think i am spacing quads and hamstrings out far enough??
