    what age do you have the highest testerone levels

    What age should I focus the hardest workout at for best results.

    can vary but generally its late teens....but i wouldnt "focus" during only the point where u think u have high test....growing occurs at any time not just one point in ur lifespan..

    I wouldn't even worry about that.. Everytime your in the gym you should train as hard as you can without over training! Diet and trainining is what to worry about

    also depends on the person, some people have it earlier or later then others...but from 17-23 i would say are the best years.

    i read over some average test results.

    it appeared as if from the ages from 16-18 or 19, then they drop a tad and stay consistant until the age of about 40

    some one correct me if i am wrong, because i can see myself being wrong. this was also a while ago, so hopefully i remembered correctly

    however, lifting weights kind of changes the amount of hormones you have anyway

    I recall that this is correct. But, Test is not everything when training natural. I have just been diagnosed with hypopituatarism which has potentially been plaguing me for years, yet I am still pretty well built.
