    Question Best routine for Mass

What would be the best routine for Mass, still staying away from Over-Training and Under-Training.

I usually go 5 days straight without any problems. . . If I feel under-recovered/fatigued/or have a lack of motivation, I just take a day off, then right back to it. The frequency would also be dependent upon your split. If you did one on one off and worked one muscle a day, it would take about 10-11 days between bodyparts. Just pick a split and try it. . .

There are a lot of factors that go into overtraining like how often do you train a muscle group, how many sets you are doing, diet habits, etc. Too broad of a question to give a complete answer.

Well I changed it so I now Lift on Monday - Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday
Monday: Pec - Triceps - Abs
    Tuesday: Legs - Calves
    Wednesday: OFF (recuperation, muscle construction)
Thursday: Back - Biceps - Forearms
    Friday: OFF (recuperation, muscle construction)
Saturday: Shoulder - Traps - Calves - Abs

What you think ? What would you change ? is this Over Training ?

That wouldn't be over training in my opinion, as long as you are taking Sunday off between delts and chest.

you are pretty right. I did this poll, then I realized that It's quite general..

I stoped my choice from a simple 2 ON, 1 OFF to a final static routine of:

ON: Monday - Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday
OFF: Wedenesday - Friday - Sunday

    Muscle:

Monday: Pec - Triceps - Abs
    Tuesday: Legs - Calves
    Wednesday: OFF (recuperation, muscle construction)
Thursday: Back - Biceps - Forearms
    Friday: OFF (recuperation, muscle construction)
Saturday: Shoulder - Traps - Calves - Abs
    Sunday: OFF (recuperation, muscle construction)

I do no OFF days between Mon and Thu because I won't hit back the arms and upper body while doing my legs workout..
