thisis the rep range that im a fan of, well actually the 4-6, but some say that strength will be the main focus with this range, but i believe you can only go so far before hypertrophy comes to a hault. I also believe it's much easier to get stronger than gain size, so basically the way i think is the stronger you get the more mass you will add, am i being nieve on this topic?

like what ronnie says, everybody wants to get big, but nobody wants to lift heavy a$$ weight!

I like the 8-10 range then add one heavy set of 3-6 at the end.

    Thumbs up

Ive used predominantly the 6-8 rep range, but not happy with the overall results after a long period (12 months). Im switching up to like 10-15 range, but real slow, controlled and with peak contractions with strict, strict form. So in this instance Im gonna go for the higher rep range.

ima say around 6 reps of 70 percent or so depending on your stamina already, of max of about 4 to 5 sets.
