For weights, I stick with heavy weights, low reps. What builds muscle, will help to maintain muscle.

Change one thing at a time and see what you can get away with. First clean up your diet and monitor progress, if not pleased, then add cardio, etc. I don't like changing everything at once.

because you've been fasting as you sleep so your body is depleted of nutrients so your body will resort to burning stored bodyfat instead(simply put)

calories burned per cardio doesnt really mean anything! you have to be in your "target heart zone" to effectively burn fat!

and like jant said change up your diet! because thats like 99.9% of getting ripped up!

thanks for your advice guys.... target heart zone... your absolutly right i follow that when i do cardio. i stay at the high end of my zone but always in my zone. i know diet is everything it so hard to keep one i did it once in my life for like 6 weeks and it was hell... i give everyone credit who can keep a diet.

but i found just cutting down your portions work as well. i just eat very little portions (chicken, rice, pasta, suop, whatever) which keeps me hungry within an hour-hour and a half of eating. thats works for me for now.

I just change my diet and do more cardio, basically up my protein and down everything else. But keep the weights up or else I feel like I lose mass quick.
