any tech for the B!TCH T!TS !!
do you know any technique for the gyno? or the "B!tch t!ts" if you will?
I heard there is a workout..like moving the Dumbell backword when you lie on the bench..
but I'm not sure if any one out there has any idea !!

if u have bitch tits they will be there forever unles u get them surgically removed.. are u sure u have gyno, and its not just fat. also as for the flyes, if u tilt the weight so that only the bottom part of the dumbell touches and not the other side, that usually hit lower chest for me.

if you feel like a hard lump under your nipple then it's probs bitch tits, but in your profile it says you're 18-20% bf so it's probably fat!

yes I'm 18-20BF%..and do not know whether these are gyno or fat.
they are actully water like..and there is no lump at all.
I used to be a FAT guy around 300LBS..40%BF..very very tender body.
I got rid of most of it..except these "what i think"is a gyno.. and the thighs.
now..are you sure that is a fat???
I was in a very strict diet last fall and noticed some changes on that area..but telling the truth, I am afraid If I loss the fat I would still have 'm
I can touch the muscle underneath it and the bone. It is tender like water ballon

ya man gyno is a kinda hard lump you can feel under the nipple (ive never had it but i know guys that have) but if you do any cycles then just take anti e's!

if i was you id go get a professional opinion from your doctor and a plastic surgeon just in case it is but at least you will know for sure

i used to have soft, saggy, "bitch tits". I went on a cutting diet(pretty much same as the cutting sticky one) did cardio 4 times a week, and did the following chest routine, n after only about 2 months i hve a nicely shaped chest, MUCH better then i used t ahve, but only about 85 percent to what i want them to look like, here it is
Warm up sets
flat dumbell X12 X10 (very light)
X 10 X8 X6
Flat dumbell bench(feet up)
X10 X8 X6
Decline WIDE grip bench
X10 X8 X6
Bottom and top machine flys(top and bottom)
3x10 for top and bottom

this worked extremly well for me, and gave me a great full, flatter more propotional shape(not as flabby and saggy on the bottom) i def reccomend this for ur prob, but cardio n diet will get rid of the fat, all 3 are essential

my work out is:
1- warm up x2 sets ..1st: 20-25 rep the barbell. 2nd.. 25 on each side and about 15-18 rep.
2- 3-4sets 12,8,6 reps
incline press(machine) 4 sets.. 12,8,8,6.
Flat bench DB press: 12,8,6,6
THAT IS IT .
I did not know that Decline press is important for such a case
any ways, when I reduced my BF% to about 15 or so, i noticed some obvious changes in that area.
I think I should fallow a strict diet that drops my BF% to 12% then I feel I ganna see major difference .
I'm 18-20% now, and I guess that is an issue for the determination on whether it is a gyno or not.
I really feel like I gonna start my cutting diet in this summer & not in sept as I wanted.

u know what I was doing and it worked for me... I was doing fairly light decline flyes..... It targarted that area good.. I think they work best for tighting that area..IMO

thats not going to help reduce the look of "bitch tits" the only thing that will really help is to drop BF

now I gonna make MAJOR changes to my workout plan& my diet to gether.
seriously, thinking about PT or nutritionalist >> where I ganna get the best results and also I hate to wast my time.
I believe in try and error .
but I wanna change my body entirely and for ever.
