    ronnie coleman's routine...?

    anybody know what his split, and sets, and reps are in his new movie? just curious to see what he's up to now ... ?

    He works in the 12-15 rep range and does mostly freeweight excersises but incorperates machines as well. You should check out his training DVD, and Excelent video, it taught me alot and probably will for you to. It's called the Cost of Redemption.

    then you read in one of those muscle mags and its a completely different split he says hes using

    ronnie coleman videos are boring........80% of it is him making his grits/eggwhite/krafts singles breakfast that takes him 2 hours to eat, footage of him eating at the black eyed pea, and him saying "light weight"/"yeah buddy" and "nuthin but a peanut"

    For contest prep and off season training he has two separate training routines.

    Yes, he is a bit annoying, but as far a litfing weights goes, its an educational video, the man DOES know what he's doing.

    muscle mags and videos are only there to make money, If they said the same thing everytime there would be no reason to buy (which i still don't think there is, you can find much more helpful and honest info here)
