What to do when I plateau?
I think I am hitting my first plateau after a couple months of great gains. How do I get past this?

change routein, rest more, eat more, shock system.

What I mean is how should I change my routine? Do I change exercises, or should I change the weight I lift, or should I do more sets? For example here's what I do for biceps.
3 sets hammer curls
3 sets straight bar curls
3 sets preacher curls
3 sets (not sure of the name) dumbell curls where you rotate the dumbell while you lift it up.
What is a good change of routine to get past the plateau?

well i think thats too mcuh to begin with for bicepts, 2ndly you need to alter your excercises periodically or so ...

I do more for biceps than any other body part because they don't get sore unless I do a ton of sets. I think that's just how my body works.

soreness doesnt mean growth
and sometimes less is more.

Go heavier for 5-6 sets

Well I can't eat more, I can't rest more, and I'm not going to use test so I guess I just have to change up my workout.

You could also change lifting days around, say you do chest every monday and back every tuesday, flip those change your sets up and possibly put some different exercises in replacement of others.

heres an example of changing your routine that would reall shock ur system, ill giv e my current workout(in order) then show how i would shock it
Current chest workout-
2x warmup sets
flat dumbell- x10 x8 x6
incline bench-x10 x8 x6
Decline bench-x10x8x6
Top flys-3x10
bottom flies- 3x10
Heres how i would change it to shock my system
Incline dumbell- x10 x8 x4 x8
flat bench- x10 x8 x4 x8
Decline- x10 x8 x4 x8
Chest press- 3x10
