    Is it me or ??

Im not sure on this but... Am I right saying that doing biceps (and every muscle) only 1/6 days is not enough ?
I feel like I should do at least a muscle 2 time a week.... but I can't find a place in my workout to put it...

    what to do.. ?

    here's my workout:

    ON: Day 1 - Day 2 - Day 3 - Day 5
    OFF: Day 4 - Day 6

Day 1: Pec - Triceps - Abs (Upper body)
Day 2: Legs - Calves (not hitting Updder body at all)
Day 3: Back - Biceps - Forearms (Upper body)
Day 4: OFF (recuperation, muscle construction)
Day 5: Shoulder - Traps - Calves - Abs (Upper body)
Day 6: OFF (recuperation, muscle construction)

    Some specs:
At the moment I'm 100% natural. I plan to start my first roids cycles soon.

    Sex: Male
    Age: 20
    weight: 160 pounds - 72.6 kg
    height: 1.83 meters

Once every 6 days will be more than enough. Even more if you only eat "4-5 highly proteined" meals a day (which indicates to me that you don't have a real fixed diet. You should probably look into that) If you take a look at Dorian Yates training video, he has a 6 day split consisting of 2 on 1 off 2 on 1 off (just like what was suggested to you in the other thread)

I also told you NOT to cycle at your stage. All the bros around here told you not to cycle. Why are you stuck with that idea? It is the worst idea you could have (for now)

    I won't cycle ... anyway. I'm on Accutanne now so I couln't.

I think I will wait 6 month or 1 years before cycling.

I have made some of the best gains of my life since I switched from training everything twice a week to training everything once every 7 days. I hit each bodypart really hard and give it the week to recover. Below is a sample of my bulking routine. I switch up the excersizes I perform every week or two and I switch up the bodypart pairings every 3 months.

    Sun: OFF
    Mon: Quads/Hams/Calves/Abs
    Tues: Chest/Shoulders
    Wed: OFF
    Thurs: Back/Traps/Calves
    Fri: Tris/Bis/Forearms/Abs
    Sat: OFF

ok I'm totaly convinced... hitting each bodypart once a week seems to be the best way of gaining mass.

Plus, a 2 ON, 1 OFF seems to be the choice of many here.
I'm going with it . Thanks to all of you ! I owe you one !
