Hey bro's I need some help with my chest...I don't care about going up in weight i just seem to not be hitting my chest very well...I think I'm using too much shoulders...because now my chest is lagging back a little...did anybody else have this problem? And what did you do?

weight and getting your chest bigger go hand in hand,the heavier you lift the bigger you will get......but dumbells work really well for putting thickness in your chest

try going less wieght with more control focusing on pecs & slower reps
