Pullups
Hey guys, I need to know how should I do my Pullups (for Back workout)?
should I have palm of the hands in my direction while holding bar or away from me ?
should I put my inches up the bur or inside ?
what distance should I put my hands away from each others (knowing I can't do chins up yet.

First off, you will mainly be working you lats, and mid back. Try to position your hands shoulders width apart. I noticed that after I started doing rows, for my lats, pull ups go alot easier.

use palms facing out, having palms face in works ur biceps more.... then take wide grip on bar.....for where to grip, put both ur arms straight up over ur head, then spread ur arms outward about a foot each....u want to have a wide grip with pullups to effectively hit ur lats and widen ur back, when using a narrow grip, u hit the middle back moreso then the outer lats....
