    motivation

Ok, I know this might be personal, but I was wondering if some of you wanna share your reasons for pushing your body to its physical peak? I know why I do, but I want some other views on it to... thanks

I love seeing the changes I can make in myself, as well as the personal gratification it brings.

It is a healthy lifestyle because life is too short and one day your healthy the next day you could be in a wheelchair or in a coma. Hopefully, I will enjoy my retirement not couped up in some home along people who are on oxygen tanks.

taiboxa, kinda in the same boat as you i was big as a kid and dropped a lot of that weight and turned it into a lot of muscle, working out has almost became a drug to me. Looking forward to specific days so i can work that part (ARMS , or dreading some days (such as legs). I love to see the results, and your not doing anything but good for your body.
