Joint cracking..
I don't have the best joints and iv realised and accepted that but, while doing some simple stuff such as pushups my left elbow will crack, and ocasionally does from shoulder pressing. Should i not do them if/when it is cracking? cause it doesn't sound that nice, i don't really have pain from it but would like to save myself from some in the future if that's what it will create.. Any thoughts?

Both of my shoulders pop and crack like crazy. Does not hurt though. I just fight through it. I can say that the cracking is worse in the morning. Just what I noticed.
