    Testicles+Leg day=pain

    It seems everytime I do leg my balls hurt so fackin back after its hard to stand, anyone else have this problem. Im guessing theres so much test being use during leg day it causes an over load on the testicles, is my thinking totally out to lunch??? What do you guys think. Ive even tried beating off after the workout and this does not cure the problem. I am in some serious pain as I type this.

    I would say the testosterone theory is really out there. You might have a hernia or a strained groin. I would venture to say that if it was pulled you would probably be layed out.

    No, I dont have a hernia or a pulled groin, the pain is strickly coming from my balls, nowhere else. I have had a hernia before, deff. not what this is. It feels like someone kicked me square in the balls, I dont ever have a problem except after leg day.

    legs together or shoulder width apart for most exercises? ifs its a test overload why dont u try busting a nut or two before serious leg workouts lol just a thought

    I get that sometimes after leg days, but not immediately after. Mine isnt to the point where I can't walk or anything though. Try wearing boxers if you wear briefs, or vice versa... just a thought

    I too have done squats and feels like your testies have 20 pounds hanging right at the type *nice visual*
