I wouldnt say high reps low weight, just shoot for 12-15 range every set. I don't consider that too high, iv seen guys doing 30 repititions.

12-15reps is good enough, also some superseting.

I'd do 1 warm-up set followed by a 4-6 Rep (As much weight as you can handle with failure at 5 and one more forced rep) then 2 supersets (Like 20 sec. rest between the 2) of 20 Reps, always concentrate on good form the end of the last set will wear you out... Do this for like 5-6 weeks while cutting then go back to your regular work outs, it'll shock your muscles and hopefully help you burn fat instead of muscle while cutting

F*ck all that cutting workouts bullsh*t. Stay with the usual 6-8 reps mass workouts. Cardio will do the rest.

If he switched his reps for like 4 weeks it'll shock his muscles and inspire more growth, true?

im nine weeks out at the moment. Im not planning on cutting the weights on anything. Still lifting as heavy and hard as possible.

If he is cutting, there's is little to no growth for that period of time. Period.

I'd rather keep my numbers closer to what they were when bulking.

As in like 6-8 or 8-10 only increasing by just 2 more reps?

I was talking about the weight I use. 6-8 all the time. I meant like staying the closest possible to the weight I use while bulking.
