    Best Bar to use for skull Krushers?

    easy, straight, or the bar with slight curves in it.

    ya definately cambered curl bar, easier on the wrists.

    I would suggjest just a normal striaght bar, and do them on a decline. Must smoother motion and tends to build tricepts faster.

    It's a bitch to set yourself up when you're alone tho.

    It is rex =P thats why i dont do it anymore or atleast often.. maybe throw it in occasionally when i want that extra burn cus that sure will do it for ya.

    When i use the bars i dont even really grip it i kep my hands flat at a slanted angle close enough to have my thumbs touch each other. To much stress for me when i grab the bar on the tendons around my hands with a full grip.

    Otherwise i use the rope or do singles with the one handed bar.
