hey guys in your opinion whats the best way to stretch my lower back? when i run on the track or treadmill, or even sprints my lower back kills me.

I would recomend stretching it the same way you stretch your hamstrings, touching the floor with your hands, sitting down and trying to touch your toes etc etc. Hams and lower back tie into each other so it think those will help you.
