coffee & cardio
im bulking but would it be ok to cardio 2-3 times a week in the morning on empty as long as im under my taget haert rate?...also after my cardio can i drink a cup or 2 of coffee? is would that not be a good choice before my breakfast? just curious if that coffe is smart or not...

I could never give up my coffee; however, I usually drink a big cup pre cardio

i drink a cup before, and 2-3 after with breakfast. Drink up!
