cramps in inner thigh
i've been getting these cramps in my inner thighs for as long as i can remember. they usually come when i do a lot of running or something, but sometimes it comes totally at random and is a real problem when i want to workout because this pain is very annoying and bad. i usually put a heating pad on it for about 15-20 mins, and put some pressure on it or squeeze it a little and sometimes it will go away. others it wont. could anyone help me out here?

I get that too!! I use a calcim magnesium zinc potassium supplement and it helps a little but I think it's a little dehydration/electrolyte problem though I don't know why cause I drink water like a mofro.
