    lower biceps and lower triceps

whats a good workout to hit kind of the lower inner biceps and the bottom of your triceps?

also, my chest is a respectable size, 48" but i cannot develop the center of it to have that part between my left pec and right pec, any advice?

To hit the lower bicep, you should concentrate on the lower part of a curl, maybe coming up halfway and then going back down. The same goes for tricep in an overhead extension. Only do the bottom half of the exercise. This keeps all of the stress on that part of the muscle, and prevents you from taking short breathers by locking out.

    haha true true.

FrEaKyThIgHs you have short muscle attachments. it's just going to take time to get your muslces to grow even more so they will look longer. in the meantime hammer curls (for brachias (sp?) i believe it's called- the inside of your forearm) and alot of forearm work can help you fill in that gap.

Preacher curls put a tremendous amount of stress on the insertion due to the angle and positioning of the elbows.
