Chest Workout Critique and question about..

Hey Fellas this is my first post in this forum, and it seems like you know what your talking about. Here is my current workout for chest:

    Bench: warm up, 245x10, 265x6, 285x2, 225x10
    Incline dumbell: 180x10,200x8,200x4,200x4
    Decline bench: 245x8, 265x4,265x4,265x4
    Flys 100x10,100x8,100x8,100x8
    Cables-up 200x10,200x6,200x6
    Cables-down 100x10,120x6,120x6

My inner pecs are developed, but I'm having a problem with the outer region getting bigger. No matter what I do I can never get that outer part big or defined.. Please help a brother out

Are these 3 sets your warm up "Bench: warm up, 245x10, 265x6, 285x2, 225x10". I think your wasting your energy here.

u need to pic a rep range. either 4-6 or 8-12. also u should cut down how many sets u actually do. 22 is way to much u will overtrain urself. pic 3 or 4 excersices and do 3 or 4 sets each.

12 sets is plenty. you'll burn out pretty soon doing what you're doing!

I usually don't call people out. But the above numbers do not add up. You can only do 285 lbs twice on bench, yet rep out 180 lbs d-bell for 10 on incline. Sorry, I'm sure i'll get some back-up on this. I've been around the gym alot and know alot, and this imbalance has me

I figured he was just adding the two together. 90's and 100's
