    I get a huge rush if I go on a long walk or do a long cardio session, feels as if I am floating.

    Thats the very same feeling I get. I'm light headed and floating. If I use ephdrine its like I'm speeding, I'd even have difficulty comprehending simple things untill I come down.

    Yeah, that's exactly it, I kinda like it, I get almost a tingly like feeling all over my body for a few minutes once Im finished.

    uhhh thats a horrible feeling, I get it because I'm hypoglycemic....does it make you guys feel very weak and shaky?

    No, endorphin release is a welcomed high. Low blood sugar is something not desirable at all.

    i get the high from legs day...i've been doin them consistent for only 2 months and now i look forward to legs day

    i get it a little bit from cardio, mostly just an elevation in mood for the rest of the day. I get the endorphin rush hardcore after each and every workout. The funny thing is, i get that endorphin high before i go to lift also. its awesome
