looks good bro, i like what you wrote on 'positive failure', alot of doods out there dont understand why its counter productive. personally i hit 12-16 sets on larger muscle groups(chest/legs/back) and stick to 6-9 sets on smaller muscle groups(bis/tris/traps/etc)

    good stuff though

I'm trying it out right now. I've adjusted the split to 4 days on 1-2 days off.

Max-OT seems to cause/exacerbate injuries, so far I've "pulled" my bicep, shoulder and tweaked my quad.

I'm going to give it a couple of more weeks...

It has worked great for me, I've put on about 40 pounds in 2 years, ok I lack a little in muscle seperation but this program has worked wonders for me. I also like the MAX-OT cardio since I hate doing cardio 16 min cardio is great. And the only injuries I've had was pulling my shoulder once. All my saying is, it works great for me.

First, the workouts are only 30 min. Science says that two consecutive days of rest will allow your muscles to fully recover/grow. Much better than two days a week; that are separated. Max-ot… easier for natural gains

To each his own, but for the majority "f-that".

Won't work for me in any instance, and certain people will benefit from, however most won't. As w/any individualized response stimulus, all responses will differ but there will always be a majority.

People always get stuck on there ways, you know, I do it the best...
That is a negative way to think because science is always improving.
