    DB rows...?

    you guys think this exercise will drain you too much becuase of the duration it takes for 2 arms, or are the benefits worth it?

    I personally hate one arm db rows, but I believe that unilateral movements are beneficial and should (at least) occassionally be done.

    i agree with this, i think becuase of the amount of weight for some reason you're able to move with this exercise and the stretch you get could be very beneficial, but the only consern i have is that they're not very efficient becuase they are unilateral.

    Switching up is good idea....do barbell one week dumbbells the next. Goes the same for chest arms etc. keeps your right arm, chect etc. from getting bigger and stonger than the other.
