You have to train the teacher or the student will never grow. 2 days on 1 day off. give your arms a break would be the first thing I would do in that split you have. No need to train them 2 X's per week.

I have found that training them 1 times per week has allowed my arms to grow and respond better then training them excessively.

You got to rest to grow, I remember when I was young and in the gym for three hours a night, doing a 6 days on and 1 day off. What a waste of time and energy.

there is no such thing as best 5 day split and never will be. You have to see what works best for you. follow basic principles so you dont overtrain and see what works for you. I document all data on every workout and every 8 weeks or so I analyze it and see what worked best.
