Isolation movements: do we need them?
This is a thing I´ve been thinking about. Do we really need isolation movements, or are they just a waste of energy that we could spend in doing more compound movements, which are the movements that will really make us grow.
Have you ever done a workout without leg extensions, lateral raises, pec-dec, etc., and just with bench press, squats, overhead presses, dadlifts...
