    Smile butt and back of legs

    what would be some good excersises for the booty and back of legs? any cardio type excersises would be great to. thanks in advance.

    Heavy lying leg curls with some stiff legged deads to ice the cake...Your hams and ass will be sore...As for cardio good ol running...

    there's a machine, not sure the name, which works the adductors (i think thats what the muscles are called). u have inner + outer adductors. when you use the outer adductor machine, you work your ass bigtiime

    Stiff-legged deadlifts done properly will nail those suckers !

    they're called the Hip Abductor / Adductor. Some companies have both in one machine. I know Cybex makes 2 different ones - one for each.

    possibly some deep squats. or get on the leg press and put your feet up high, toes off the top of the thing, and press through your heels. you should feel it more towards your ass.

    Walking lunges with dumbells kick my ass everytime! I am NEVER NOT sore after doing those..........

    Deadlifts and reverse deep hacks too~!

    Try box squats with a wide stance on a parallel or a below parallel box, also calf glute ham raises, and if you have access to a reverse hyper extension machine they will do wonders for your prosterior chain. other exercises would include pull-throughs,and partial deadlifts
