Was lifting and did something to my left chest muscle. Was on my third set with 275. On the second rep when I was going up a Sharp pain hit my upper left pec. I stopped and took about 10 min off. then went to try incline with 135... Hurt on the first rep so I stopped. Its been about an hour since the gym and its throbbing like hell. What the do you bros think it is.. no separation at all.
