Low reps for some, high for others
So, i guess the saying is that some people gain mass better when doing lower reps and higher weight, and others gain better doing lower weight and higher reps. It is often said that body type will determine which you will respond better too. So which body type responds to which? anyone know?

im and endo'meso and i get great gains off 8rep range for size and strength...
like 8-12 seems to work better than the 5-6 for me.
i feel this is due to the fact you primary mover fatigues and your secondarys/stablizers are used more effectively thuse inducing more muscular development just a thought...

i am an endo myself. possiblly endo-slightmeso, anything over 8 reps does didely squat and abolutely nothing for me. I need to go brutally heavy, like 5-7 reps to come back bigger and stronger next time.
that just brings me to the thought, what is the difference in fiber type (or whichever factor impacts the situation) that makes say me and shreds respond to heavier weight where taiboxa responds better to a little lighter weight

I have to mix it up avery couple weeks. I cannot use the same routine or lifting style for too long or my gains suffer.

I think peroidiztion is the way to going. However I think it has more to do with fiber type composition rather than body type as to why people respond different.

fast twitch type IIB responds best in this range, so to answer your question fast twitch, fast twitch are also responsible for anything 12reps and under.
