I am looking to make my arm development a priority in my training. I was looking to work them twice a week(one light, one heavy) Is it ok to train them light in the beginning of the week, and heavy later on?? here is my split, I will only include details of any arm exercise to keep this short:
Sunday: Back/Bi's
-Warmup
-Wide grip lat pulldowns:3x8-12
-Deadlifts 3x8-12
-Bent over barbell rows: 3x8-12
-Seated close cable rows: 3x8-12
-Bent over dumbell rows (depending on how I feel):3x8-12
-Standing barbell curls: 2x10-12
-close grip preacher curl or hammer curls:2x10-12

Monday: Chest/Shoulders

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: Bi's/Tri's
-Warmup
-Standing barbell curls: 3x8-10
-Hammer curls: 3x8-10
-Standing close grip cable curls: 3x8-10
-Close grip bench press: 3x8-10
-Rope extensions or dumbell overhead extension: 3x8-10
-single-arm cable press down:3x10

Thursday: OFF

Friday: Legs

Saturday: OFF

Is this split any good? Should I change anything up? I was thinking of making my arm workout heavy at the beginning of the week, but I dont want to be sore for Chest/Shoulders the next day on Monday. What do you guys think?

Thanks for the help!!
