thoughts on training program
day1
BB bent over rows 2x
bb shoulder press 2x
bb squat 3-4x
bb curl 2x
calf raises 2x
day2 off
day3
bb flat bench press 2x
bb stiffleg deads 2x
db lunges 3-4x
bb skullcrushers 2x
calf raises 3x
day 4 off then repeat
I saw this on another board and was thinking of tryin it any thoughts?

what are you trying to accomplish from it ?
All is see is a couple sets of 1 exercises per body part.
There's much more to designing a good program.
What is the rep range
What is the lift tempo
What is the rest period.
Etc, etc, etc

my split is
day1 chest
2 back
3 legs
4 shoulders traps
5 arms

Yo bro, this was probably part of a bigger training concept - most likely Dogg Crapp Training. If this was it, there are a lot of principles you have to apply to that split for it to work. Search for "Dogg Crapp" to get more info about that.
If it wasn't, well it's plain wack!
