I am in the 3rd week of my sust 450 cycle enth225mg and cyp 225mg... and my current routine im doing i think its dying down bcuz im doing hevay weight but Im not getting pump like I used to... im doin usually 4 sest with reps ranging from 10,8,6,4 or 8,6,4,2... and I did a search and so lots of threads about doggcrapp... does nebody know of ne that r good that they r currently doin or ne good links... it is getting me real irritated... thank

its called sust 450 its got 225mg of cypionate and 225 mg of enthate per 1 cc which totals to 450 mg

im only doing 1cc a week... my previous cycle history was test cyp 250 last yr for 10 weeks and in janurary test cyp 300 and deca 300 2cc of each a week but only ran it for 4 weeks bcuz of injury... but ne help on my question

5 x 5, German volume training, progressive overload, DC, there are alot of different training techniques for gaining muscle mass. The key is figuring out which one(s) work best for you personally. Because everyone responds differently than the next person, there is no cookie cutter answer.
