Which Is Better?
In your opinion, which of the following would be better for lean bulking?
Mon - Chest/Tri
Tues - Legs
Wed - Back/Bi
Thur - Shoulders
Fri - restart cycle
sat - off
sun - off
etc...
OR
Mon - Chest
Tues - Legs
Wed - Back
Thur - Shoulders
Fri - Arms
sat - off
sun - off
please let me know? and if you have any other suggestions I'd love to hear them

Either of the two splits will provide the proper stimulus, however, a lean bulk must have the correct nutrition to coincide with your goal.
I would have rest days incorporated into the split instead of 5 days straight. Maybe a 3 on 1 off, or 2 on 1 off, ect to facilitate recovery and allow for greater gains.

i like the first one but if i were to make a change i would do those first 2 days then rest wed then nudge the other 2........ so u will do shoulders friday i think that might be lil better...........
the reason is after ur leg day u get a good nice rest day then ur ready for other body parts...........

what exersises and how many sets+reps are you going to do?

second one, you'll have less of a chance of other bodyparts interfering with others, ie. your first rotation, starting chest again the day after shoudlers, your chest workout will suffer
try this
chest
back
off
shoudlers
arms
legs
off
IMO having a day off after back and legs is very beneficial for CNS recovery becuase of the stress of the exercises on these days(deads, squats...etc)

thanks guys, Hollywood, I like that.. I'm probably gonna use it, considering Wednesday is when I have my earliest class (8 am) therefore, lacking on sleep

First one: One day rest in the middle and one day rest at the end.
Legs after back/bi (making legs twice)
and delts after legs. That way everything has an even consistent rest!
