W-Legs
T-Arms
F-Shoulders
Before that workout routine I did
M-Chest/Triceps
T-Legs
W-Rest
T-Bacl/Biceps
F-Shoulders
(I changed this because I was getting so bored with if.)
What do you guys think about my new routine??
