currently im workng weird hours in a night club so your day is my night and your night is my day (if you get wat im saying) i have found a new gym 2 mins walk from the club that is open when i wake up, about 5pm. i want todo my cardio before i eat as this is best for loosing weight.
this is my cardio workout what do you guys think
15 mins cycle (getting harder every couple of mins)
5 min rest
15 mins running (interval training)
5 min rest
15 mins cross trainer
my aim is to loose about 24lbs in a couple of months, with a clean diet does this seem possible.
my stats at the moment are:
age: 23
height: 5ft 11inch
weight: 194lbs
lifting for a couple of years
