    working out major muscle groups (question for 30 biggest lies post)

    i was reading about how u need to rest and shouldnt do major work outs each following each other day by day and u need rest

    should i do my major bench and squat work outs on tha same days or lets say bench on monday and squats on thursdays?

    Finding the best workout split and rest method is a personal trail and error experience. Everybody is different and everybody responds differently. That’s also why if you ask 10 bodybuilders the same question you will get 10 different answers.
    What ever you’re routine is, just remember to change it up every 4 or 5 weeks, this will keep your muscles guessing and growing
